We assess where your time, knowledge, and decisions are required to keep your business moving and establish your Owner Dependency Score. This becomes the baseline in your Command Center, so you can see your dependency decrease as we work together.

02 Business Foundation Get a clear picture of your portfolio, people, and existing processes, and choose the three workflows we'll implement.

We gather information about your properties, investment strategies, human and AI teams, outside professionals, software, and current processes to understand what you already have in place. Using your Dependency Score and Foundation together, we select the three workflows we'll implement over the next 90 days.

03 Operating Intelligence Map Identify where each workflow breaks down and why it keeps coming back to you.

We break down each workflow from beginning to end, identifying who handles each step, where information lives, how decisions are made, and where work slows down, gets stuck, or requires your involvement.

04 Knowledge Transfer Bring together the knowledge, processes, and decision-making criteria your human and AI teams need to execute.

We capture and organize the information behind each workflow, whether it lives in your head, your team's experience, existing SOPs, documents, or different software platforms. We turn it into a centralized, accessible knowledge base your human and AI teams can use to execute consistently without repeatedly coming back to you for answers.

05 Governance & Security Establish clear rules for how decisions are made, how work gets completed, and how your business information is protected.

We define decision authority, guardrails, handoffs, escalation protocols, and accountability for each workflow, establishing what your team can handle independently, what requires your approval, and who is responsible for the outcome. We also set who and what can access your business information, what your AI team is permitted to do on its own, and how sensitive financial, property, and tenant data stays protected.

06 Human + AI Team Integration Redesign, build, and implement each workflow with clearly defined human and AI responsibilities.

We determine what your human team owns, what your AI team can execute, and which decisions remain with you. Then we build and implement the redesigned workflows within your existing business operations, connecting the necessary information, people, and AI team.

07 Validation & Adoption Make sure each workflow performs as intended and becomes part of your team's daily operations.

We test each workflow in real business situations, verify that decisions and escalations work correctly, train your team, and refine what needs improvement. We reassess your Owner Dependency Score to measure progress and establish the practices that keep these workflows running consistently.

The Owner Dependency Score is the result of the free Business Reality Check. It measures how much your real estate business depends on you across six areas: Operating Knowledge, Workflow Structure, Decision-Making Process, Authority & Escalation, Business Visibility, and Team & AI Execution. A higher score means more of your business depends on you, and your results show what to prioritize next.

Who is the 90-Day Fast Track for?

The 90-Day Fast Track is for women real estate investors who have built a portfolio and still find day-to-day decisions coming back to them, whether they work with a team, outside professionals, AI, or on their own.

How does the 90-Day Fast Track work?

We meet live for 60 minutes each week, and the implementation work happens between calls, with progress shared in your Command Center. Over 90 days, we move through seven stages to build and implement three workflows your human and AI teams can run. Up to three people from your business can take part.

Do I need experience with AI?

No. We build your AI team with you and train your human team to work alongside it. You will need a paid Claude account, and ChatGPT also works.
