After more than 600 interviews with real estate investors about how they find deals, raise capital, and build portfolios, I’m focusing the next chapter on answering a question that doesn’t get talked about nearly enough: What does it actually take to build a sustainable business that gives you freedom of time?
I’m going behind the scenes with successful investors to uncover exactly how they’re doing it: the systems they’ve built, the people they’ve hired, the decisions they’ve made, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. Because building a portfolio is one thing. Building a business that gives you the freedom to enjoy your life is another.
I grew up in Brazil, raised by high school sweethearts in a close-knit Italian family where integrity, resilience, and showing up for one another were simply part of everyday life.
I moved to the United States to pursue my second master's degree, and while completing an internship and working a door-to-door sales job, I was handed a copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad. I had no idea that one book would completely change the trajectory of my life.
For the past 15 years, I've been investing in real estate. I've also had the privilege of helping women real estate investors grow their portfolios and build wealth on their own terms.
Now, my focus is helping them build the business behind their portfolio so it doesn't depend on them 24/7.
I take the knowledge and decision-making living inside their heads and turn it into an operating framework that allows their human teams and AI agents to know what to do and how to make decisions without depending on them for every next step.
So they can step away from the day-to-day and have the freedom to choose how they want to spend their time.
"Throughout my career, there were multiple occasions where I have stood as the only woman in the room."
