QUESTIONS
What exactly is a POD?
A Pod is a 4-month, mentor-led experience focused on one specific real estate strategy. It combines monthly education and accountability calls with a supportive network to help you implement and grow with intention.
Who leads each POD?
Each Pod is led by an experienced investor who has walked the walk and achieved real results using the strategy they teach. They’re committed to giving you the knowledge, the specific actions to take, the tools to implement, and the accountability to follow through.
How much time will it take each month?
Expect 2 calls per month (One Educational and One Accountability) plus time to connect with other members and implement what you learn. Most women spend 4–6 hours per month actively participating.
What if I miss a call?
No problem. All calls are recorded and available for replay so you can catch up after an emmergency.
That being said, participation is non-negotiable. When you don’t show up and engage, you not only delay your own progress, you also impact the dynamic and momentum of the group you’re part of.
Can I join more than one POD?
No. To get the most out of your experience, we encourage you to focus on one POD at a time. This allows you to fully learn, take action, and stay consistent. Focus is the key to real results.
How do I know which POD is right for me?

What is the cost and what do I get?
POD includes a four months of expert mentorship, two monthly group calls (education + accountability), implementation tools, access to a high-level peer group, and recordings of all sessions. You’ll walk away with clarity, consistent action, and measurable results. POD investment: $4,000
Are PODs group or one-on-one?
PODs are group-based by design. We focus on curating high-level groups where all calls are held together, because we believe in leveraging the power of shared experience, collaboration, and collective resources. You’ll grow faster when you’re learning with and from other driven women walking a similar path.
