Ashley Wilson 

Conshohocken, PA


Co-Founder of HouseItLook LLC and Bar Down Investments LLC, two family owned and operated companies, she specializes in flipping homes and provides investment opportunities for investors looking to passively own real estate. She owns 450 units, and oversees asset and construction management on 349 units.  In addition, she has completed 15 flips.

Personally, Ashley has two children, a dog, two horses, and a very supportive husband!

Meghan Chomut

Ontario, CA


Meghan is a mom, wife, friend, a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) and Investment Property Advisor.  Her financial planning practice helps families and income property owners stress-less about their finances with her proven planning system.
When she’s not hanging out with her family, you can find her spending too much time on Pinterest or planning their next family getaway.

Angela Florie

Long Island, NY


Angela is the President, Grand Central Real Estate, LLC. She  worked in Marketing and Advertising for a little over 10 years.  In 2015 she made a career change and founded Grand Central Real Estate with her husband.
Angela is also a designer from Parsons School of Design in NYC, and while this career change seemed scary, she and her husband, who is also an Architect took a leap of faith and purchased their first flip and never looked back.

Carissa Swanwick

Kansas City, KS


Her real estate investment philosophy “Invest in homes I can be proud of and tenants want to show off to their friends” guides her strategy and mindset.
Having pride in your home is important and Carissa feels this applies to rentals as well. She implements this thinking in the neighborhoods she targets, the characteristics of the properties she buys, and the rehabs she completes. She believes that if she takes care of her tenants, in return the tenants will care for the property and renew their leases. Carissa also knows doing the right thing for tenants provides the peace of mind that she is treating people well.

Rita Medeiros

Fort Lauderdale, FL


Born in Berlin Germany, Rita grew up in US. Psychiatric Registered Nurse, Former Dale Carnegie Instructor, Motivational Speaker, with her own business giving corporate seminars.

She raised 2 millennial entrepreneurial children, & enjoying a 2 year old granddaughter. She is a single woman, buy & hold investor specializing in out of state investing who creates passive income with a purpose providing safe affordable housing to single moms & their young children thru the section 8 program. She has purchased 21 single family homes in 11 months and completed 21 rehabs.

Stephanie Banno

Originally from Arizona,  Stephanie moved to Texas for a job relocation and in 2018 she quit her job.   A few months later she decided to use real estate investments as long term financial freedom and success vehicle.
Over the past months, she has pushed herself self to learn as much as she could about real estate investments and network with as many people as possible. "While I am no expert or guru in real estate investments, I am committed to helping gals find the resources they need in order to succeed at real estate investments and create a financially free lifestyle", Stephanie says.

She has more than 15 years of real estate investing experience, owns several rental properties, and manages properties in the North DFW area. Her new book, "Winning Deals in Heels," hit Number One on Amazon's Best Seller List for Real Estate Sales & Selling.

Nancy and her husband own KBN Homes, LLC, a real estate investment company that's making neighborhoods great again, one home at a time. By actively seeking homes that are difficult to sell, and compassionately representing owners in distress, KBN Homes offers hope, relief, and options to sellers while also creating opportunities for investors.

Allyssa McCleery

Fort Lauderdale, FL


Allyssa is a residential investor who began her investment journey in the fall of 2017 with a small single family home located in South Florida using the BRRRR method.

To date, she controls ~875k worth of real estate spread across four properties in the Columbus, OH and Lake Worth, FL markets. Allyssa is in the process of scaling her business to pursue apartment buildings within these same markets. She is grateful for all the people who have helped her get to this point and looks forward to being able to provide the same support to others getting started in the industry.

Kristin DiPasquo

Kristin started out professionally as a software engineer, landing in Philly as an elementary school teacher and occasional yoga teacher and then truly landing as a Realtor and now Investor. She loves
working as a Realtor, helping people in a very concrete way and being her own business person.  Aside from owning her home, Kristin and her husband also own a rental property. They plan to grow our portfolio significantly over the next few years using the BRRRR strategy! Aside from Real Estate, she loves spending time with her 5 year old daughter and 2.5 year old son, our city and neighborhood, (Philadelphia and East Passyunk!), spending time in the outdoors, connecting with community, dancing and bike riding.

Corinn Altomare

In November 2011, you would have found Corinn performing new works in various pop-up performance locations across Philadelphia. In September 2012 she began cutting her teeth as a first-time landlord while holding down a job as project manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. In September 2017 with 18 buildings under management, the side hustle of real estate demanded full-time attention and Corinn left the world of steady paychecks. Now in September 2019, Corinn can add Self Storage Syndicator and Operations Manager to her resume.

Beverly began her career in real estate in 2007, when she focused her business on the acquisition of distressed residential properties throughout the Philadelphia area. Since then, she has acquired and rented or sold over $4 million in properties at no more than 25% of their after repair value- using grass-roots marketing efforts and sourcing capital from investors through relationships that she’s established over the years.

She is passionate about sharing with others the financial freedom that investing in real estate offers.  She resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband Francisco and two daughters Giselle and Adelina.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Amina moved to the South Jersey area after graduating undergrad. For the past years, she worked in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry as an
analytical scientist. In 2018, she purchased her first home with her husband: a 3b/2b Single-Family home in Philadelphia, where they rent out two bedrooms and live in the master. In 2019,  they acquired her husband's childhood home in Atlanta, GA. She is looking to grow her rental portfolio in 2020.

As the Chief Investment Officer for the Welliott Investment Group, Dr. Red Hawk does more than manage capital funds for herself and her investment partners.

With more than 15 years of real estate investing experience, her wide skill set includes both single and multi-family residential housing, mortgage notes and new development projects.
Dr. Red Hawk lives in Philadelphia, PA with her wife and two boys but dreams of living on a sailboat.

Erica is a licensed realtor with Keller Williams in Blue Bell, PA, although she has chosen to focus primarily on beginning her own real estate investing journey while keeping her license active for the next several years to aid that process and help other female investors along the way.

Erica plans to begin with several property flips, followed by acquiring rental properties using the ‘BRRRR’ method as well as lease-options. She is a single mom to two children and currently lives in Lansdale, PA.

Sharyn has been in the real estate business for 20 years and has worked as a realtor, mortgage banker, stager, and investor. For the past 9 years, her main exit strategy has been lease options.

She currently owns Sharyn Buys Houses, LLC which acquires properties on seller finance for lease option and her own portfolio and Ashlen Homes, LLC which is an upcoming rehab and construction company. She has one daughter and in her spare time rescues dogs and enjoys travel.

Jennifer has been investing in real estate since 2014.  She started off in the niche of wholesaling, which she continues to do today.   In November of 2019, Jennifer obtained her Pennsylvania real estate license.  Jennifer primarily invest in Philadelphia and its surrounding area.   Real Estate is a second career for Jennifer.  Prior to real estate, Jennifer had a long and successful career as a Registered Nurse.

Palak Shah



Palak is the founder of Open Spaces Women, co-founder and managing partner at Open Spaces Capital and the founder of the Two Kids and A Landlady blog. She is passionate about empowering women to pursue Real Estate Investing as a means to live life on their own terms. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 2003. She pursued her passion for Real Estate while acquiring experience in Engineering, Project Management and Business Development. She renovates deteriorated properties in and around Philadelphia. She manages the end to end life cycle starting from sourcing properties, renovation and rentals along with financing and tenant relationships.

Kim Handelman



After spending 20 years in advertising as an art director/creative director while living in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York City, Kim moved her family to the Connecticut Shoreline. It was here that she found her love for all things real estate. In 2015 she began wholesaling and got her RE license. She is also an investor friendly real estate agent with William Raveis and works with her buy and hold and fix and flip clients consulting in rehab finishes and staging. She launched her House Home Abode brand which provides valuable content in investing, staging, rehab and the real estate market. She is working on building a rental portfolio with a goal of phasing out her real estate agent role and becoming a full time investor in the next few years. She lives on the CT Shoreline with her two daughters and her rescue dog Mid Nite.

Attorney, Passive Real Estate Investor and a licensed Real Estate Broker.  She has prior extensive experience in the financial services industry as well state regulations, laws, policies and procedures in investment services. Her mission is to debunk the myth that wealth is a prerequisite to invest in real estate. Caroline is licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts and Federal Courts of the United States. In both her professional and personal capacity, she volunteers her spare time in the communities she works in. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and a single Mum of two boys.

Caitlyn Horst is enthusiastic about all things real estate. Over the last several years, she has gained experience in development/construction, property management, accounting, title, design/project management, investments, and sales.  As a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams, Caitlyn primarily focuses on clients looking for investment properties. She also enjoys managing a growing portfolio of rental properties. Additionally, she is the Co-Founder of Verity Properties LLC, a women-owned buy and hold real estate company focused on creating safe, clean, stand-out apartments and homes for the Lancaster community.  When Caitlyn is not doing, reading, or talking about real estate, she loves traveling, hiking, rock climbing, and riding a motorcycle with her amazingly supportive husband!

Crystal Musser

After many years of living Dave Ramsey style, Crystal picked up the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Her mind was blown when she realized that debt is okay when used to purchase cash flowing assets. Since that time (2016) she bought multiple investment properties and has completed several rehabs. Her business model is Providing Clean, Safe, Affordable Housing. She is inspired by other women in real estate that are "crushing it" and aspires to be that person to others. When not doing real estate you will find her spending time with her husband and 5 children!
