- Winston-Salem, NC is the home of DeRosa Capital 11, which has seen a 15% market rate rental increase in 2021 and is performing at year 4 revenue goals at the end of year 1
- Lexington, Kentucky is the home of DeRosa Capital 9, 10, 12, and 13 totaling 620 units over 5 apartment complexes. DeRosa Capital 10 just completed a refinance and returned 25% of investor capital. Lexington has seen 10% rent growth in 2021.
- Both North Carolina and Kentucky have landlord friendly positions during Covid and the eviction moratorium.
