Up Close & Personal: Liz’s Interview with J.P. Morgan

I recently had the opportunity to be interviewed by Lauren Zumbach of J.P. Morgan to share our The Real Estate InvestHer’s story, some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way, and what I wish I knew when I started out!

I’m diving into some of the initial investing strategies we used, which were focused on dilapidated properties, and how our approach has since evolved to larger multifamily deals involving 100 or more units.

You’ll learn the first question I ask when I discover a new investment opportunity and what are the 3 main criteria that we look for in the properties that we invest in.

I get up close and personal in this interview and open up about my favorite part of the job, the $30,000 mistake I made and how not to make the same one as well as the real estate insiders and mentors that I’ve learned from and use to keep up with industry trends and strategies (and wished we had utilized more of and earlier as we tried to do it ourselves so it took longer than it should have to scale).
