Jul 12, 2022Being a landlord comes with a lot of responsibilities. Not only do we need to maintain a property but we also have to make sure that our tenants are happy and are living comfortably.
In this minisode, we talk about the benefits of becoming a hands-on landlord. Liz shares her own experience and how she got a better grasp of the business from handling the day-to-day operations and dealing with tenant issues. We also hear Andresa’s perspective on not taking everything on our shoulders and gaining the right knowledge in order to hire the right property manager.
