In today’s minisode, hosts Andresa Guidelli and Liz Faircloth sit down to answer the question: what is really holding women back from investing?
Most women would say the main factors hindering their success are lack of money and knowledge. While you do need money to make an investment, Liz explains that the biggest inhibitor for women is a lack of self-confidence. If you are unaware of where your confidence stems from, it will be challenging to attain the money or knowledge you need. Liz suggests taking a personality assessment to get clear on what drives your confidence the most. Once you have an understanding of how you work best, you can easily figure out the rest.
In real estate, you can outsource most things, but you can’t outsource how you feel about yourself.
