Welcome to the Real Estate InvestHER Show! Today, we are joined by Kristen DiPasquo and Belinda Eboh! Belinda is a successful entrepreneur, former nurse, and real estate investor. She loves traveling to beach areas, cooking, and transforming houses into comfortable living spaces. Belinda owns Ebohnie LLC and other businesses. Kristen is a former software engineer turned nomadic traveler who eventually settled in Philadelphia. After working as a teacher, she transitioned into real estate, where she has been working as a realtor for 8 years and as an active investor for 3 years.

In this episode, Kristen and Belinda share their journey on how they scaled their portfolios within a community. They started with less than five properties and now have 14 and 39 doors, respectively. They leveraged the power of community and discuss how working with like-minded individuals can help define success on your own terms, emphasizing the importance of learning, applying knowledge, and surrounding oneself with supportive individuals who can offer guidance and resources. They also discuss their experiences in attending events and forming sisterhood bonds with other women investors.
