We discuss with Suzy how she skipped over single-family homes and dove right into apartment syndications, how to shift your identity to support your larger goals, how to build a team, and the lessons learned from her first deal. Suzy also shares with us how to find a mentor and create a great mentor/mentee relationship.
Suzy Sevier is a Co-Founder of Adventurous Real Estate Investors. Her adventure began at a TEDx event — the theme was Reset — and it changed her life. She took the event to heart and used that theme as a launching point to regain control of her life, secure financial freedom, give back to the community, and discover her “why.” She wants to share this journey by helping others check off their bucket list items and achieve their greatest ROI, Return on Impact.
Suzy currently lives in Cambridge, England and her real estate journey started while she was living overseas. Since this journey has started, she has closed on 88 units in Tulsa, OK and currently has another 100 units under contract. Suzy is a triathlete, an outdoor and adventure enthusiast, and an avid traveler.
