EP 05: From Skipping College to Managing over 200 Real Estate Agents with Theresa Calantoni

Unfortunately, so many people follow a path in life that someone else gives them. They follow what their parents want them to do. They follow what their friends want them to do. And they follow what society wants them to do.

Well, not for Theresa Calantoni.

We had the pleasure of chatting with this woman who is rocking it out in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley area. At the young age 18, she became a real estate agent, then became a broker of record by 21, and now runs the largest real estate office in the Lehigh Valley area with over 200 agents working for her.  She is a business owner, developer, investor, and still has an active sales practice. She has built a business and a rental portfolio that she self manages.

On today’s episode, we talk about Theresa’s journey to building a business at such a young age, the importance of building a team, overcoming fear, personal growth, property management tips, and her newest project which is a new construction rental project. We talk about how she manages to do it “all” and still have a personal life.
